Dear Miss Slattery

Dear Miss Slattery,

Too often women feel defined by the men in their lives, however yours is a story of empowerment. Your relationship with Tibby unnerved me at times and was never what I considered to be healthy. His intrest was never you as a person, rather he valued you as a pretty object for hs collection. I found your leaving him to be a breath of fresh air on an otherwise suffocating relationship. I wish you all the best on your next endeavour into the world of love. Find somebody who loves who you are more than how you make them feel.

Regards,
Erin

  1. Hi Erin,

I really enjoyed reading your letter. I thought you had it planned out well and the structure was short but you still managed to contain all the information you wanted to get across to whom the letter concerned. I also enjoyed the last line, which you gave your own unique flair and opinion to. Great work!

  2. Hi Erin,

I love your play of words on your blog title “whatalittime” !

This blog is very to the point and short. I both appreciate it and would’ve liked a bit more. I found one typo on this post. You should be able to find it when you go through it. This letter is very powerful and your use of language is commendable. I do encourage you to write something longer to express your emotions. Overall, I’m enjoying your blog.

    Goodluck!
